Series A - Beginner Level

EACH TAPE IS A DIFFERENT WORKOUT DRILL

Series A - Tape #1 through Tape #18 are Koo Self Defense Power Drills which are executed onto Focus Mitts and Shields, Tape #19 & Tape #20 are Koo Self Defense Aerobics and Flexibility.

These unique KSD's home training video library series will allow anyone to obtain an intensive total body workout. You will be able to follow our simple curriculum. Due to the simplicity of the KSD's workouts drill, you will be in full control of the intensity of your training. You set your own limit for endurance, power, stamina and the length of your workout. Master Roger Koo demonstrates and explains some techniques, the vast majority of each video are performed by KSD students. This is done in order to demonstrate that anyone regardless of size, shape or physical fitness can achieve results using the KSD methods.
